Remote Support

Every now and then you need critical support ASAP and we can help by taking control remotely. This remote access to your system allows our techs to analyze and even repair systems providing an immediate fix and the ability for you to keep working with the least amount of downtime.

It can allow our techs to analyze if the problem is deeper and needs to be serviced with an on-site or in-store service call.

Remote Support is billed in 15-minute increments ($25 per 15 minutes), versus on-site service which is billed at a minimum of 1 hour. Since many issues can be fixed in under an hour, you’ll save money using our Remote Support.
